November 27, Santa’s Arrival and Tree Lighting Ceremony Santa’s Arrival and Tree Lighting Ceremony, 6 pm, Downtown Rutland. The tradition of Santa Claus making his way into Downtown Rutland to inaugurate the holiday season continues. Rutland City’s mayor assists Santa in the lighting.
