Killington Active Seniors

Each Wednesday, the Killington Active Seniors meet for lunch at the Lookout Bar and Grill on Killington Road in Killington. The meal costs $5, with tax and tip included. This meal is graciously funded by member contributions, the Killington Pico Rotary, the Sherburne Women’s Club, and the Southwestern Vermont Council on Aging. So if you are 60 or older, come join us for friendship, a pleasant environment, and a great meal! Special thanks to Phil and Joy Black, owners of the Lookout Bar and Grill, for hosting us again this year. They treat us like family.

Killington Arts Guild

The Killington Arts Guild, founded in 1998, is a creative community comprised of visual and performing artists, writers and poets, aspiring artists and art supporters. Our mission is to enhance and broaden the creative experience through ideation, personal expression, cultural collaboration, and community awareness. The Guild sponsors programs and workshops throughout the year to promote these goals. We offer free and open to the public one day / evening events. Multi-day workshops that carry a registration fee are also sponsored throughout the season conducted by creative experts in their fields. Sherburne Memorial Library

The Sherburne Memorial Library believes that the public library must be more than a symbol of a democratic society. It must serve as a conduit for an informed community. Sherburne Women's Club

The Sherburne Women's Club is a charitable organization whose focus is providing a socializing network and supporting fundraising efforts that nurture our local community. Since its inception in 1965, the SWC has funded local charities and organizations such as RAVNAH, Hospice, WU Booster Club, Killington Recreation Department, Chaffee Arts Center, and Sherburne Elementary School, to name a few; and awarded scholarship funds for a WUHS graduating senior from Killington each year.
