Rutland, Halloween 5K Race, The 5K Running Scared race starts from the CVPS parking lot downtown next to the train station, Depot Park. Prizes for top male/female over and under 40 that are in costume and best costumed runner/walker. 9:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m., 802-282-1092.
