Tickets & Pricing

  • Tickets are $5 at the door for anyone aged 21 and over. A full schedule of classes from partners and the New England Culinary Institute will be available on-site (and in advance on this website as much as possible.) All scheduling is subject to change.\

Admission Includes

  • Entry to all the demonstrations and classes (schedule to be posted)

Educational programs: These programs are not interactive, but offer a chance to watch chefs in action or observe a new cooking skill or technique.  Check this list regularly as we are always adding to the list of food pairings and farms. Check this page frequently as we are always adding classes.

  • Gluten-Free Cooking: Join chef Deborah "Tokie" Tokarz, owner of Tokie's All Natural and Gluten Free, in a demonstration and lesson on gluten-free options for cooking.  A former chef to celebrities like John Travola, Tokie will teach you the benefits and ways to be gluten-free.
  • Old World Italian Pasta Making: Learn how to make pasta with three generations of the DiPrinzio family. You'll make your own homemade pasta to take home with you, and your class fee includes all materials. Online registration required; space is limited.
