KILLINGTON FILM FESTIVAL ATTRACTS MORE THAN 100 ENTRIES
KILLINGTON-- Filmmakers from across the country and the globe submitted more than 100 films for consideration for this year's Killinton FIlm Festival! We're thrilled by the number of entries and the quality of the work submitted, and are proud to announce films chosen for screening and the schedule of screenings and events.
Films will be judged in four categories, including feature films, shorts, sport shorts and films by New England filmmakers. Features will be screened Thursday and Friday evenings and New England filmmakers will be celebrated Saturday, including matinee and evening screenings.
“We’re extraordinarily pleased with the number of films submitted and the quality of the films,” said Kersten Karlhuber, festival director. “It is a significant increase over the number of submissions last year and the diversity of subject matter and technical skills exhibited in the films truly are remarkable.”
In addition to screenings, filmmakers will be available to meet with attendees to discuss the art of filmmaking and there will be a number of after parties following evening screenings.
