OCP is dedicated to providing for the residents within the WCSU
sending towns opportunities to explore options to live safer, healthier,
and more balanced lives. OCP is committed to reducing the abuse
of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs in our communities and providing
an atmosphere of intergenerational support and mutual concern for
the well being of all community members.
