Summer In Killington

Killington is the Heart & Soul of a Green Mountain Summer

Killington in Summer is easily described in one word: Spectacular! From Vermont’s No. 1 public golf course to New England’s most revered hiking to the East’s foremost cycling stage race, Killington celebrates summer on the green, in the mountains and on the water. A sunset paddle on Kent Pond is unmatched for the essence of Vermont  beauty and for anglers, fly fishing mountain streams for brookies is a real treat. Hike the Appalachian or Long trail, mountain bike down Killington or take a leisurely walk along River Road. For golfers, there are two courses, Killington Resort’s lauded mountain course and Golf Digest’s favorite Vermont course, Green Mountain National. And there’s classical music, free Thursday and Saturday contemporary music concerts and weekly special events all summer!
