The Killington Region is an all-season vacation destination. With some of the highest and most varied mountain terrain in New England, Killington is the choice for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds. Killington Resort is one of the largest ski areas in the world - 95 miles of skiing and snowboarding terrain. Many other winter activities are available in the Killington region- miles snowmobile, snowshoe and cross-country ski trails transverse the Killington region, making it a perfect area for non-skiers as well. Other area winter activities include sleigh rides, dogsledding rides, snowmobile tours, or just relaxing in an outdoor hottub while the snow falls around you. 

For non-snow outdoor enthusiasts, Killington Resort’s extensive trail system supports mountain biking and hiking beginning in Spring and continuing well into Autumn. The famous Appalachian and Long Trails provide excellent hiking opportunities, amazing mountain views, and trails for all abilities.

For the less rugged adventure, this spectacular mountain setting is home to two PGA golf courses - Killington Golf Course and Green Mountain National Golf Course. In addition, 12 area courses are just a short drive away. Hiking Spas are also a popular summertime getaway and Killington is the perfect destination. Appalachian Trail Adventures and the New Life Hiking Spa are great options for an adventurous and refreshing vacation experience. There's also no shortage of outdoor family activities - local Kent pond provides the perfect opportunity for kayaking, various disc golf courses are in the area, and summer concerts and community events mean there's always something going on Killington!
