Killington Snowmobile Tours & Rentals
Description: Killington Snowmobile Tours offers tours for all levels of ability (including kids!).
Tours feature scenic rides through the forests, and incredible views
along the way. Choice of tours include the 1-hour Mountain Tour through Killington Resort and the 2-hour backcountry tour through Calvin Cooliege State Forest. You will be riding new Polaris snowmobiles (with heated
handlebars). These are guided tours and you can ride single, double or
as a passenger with a guide.
Killington Snowmobile Tours also offers unguided rentals from their fleet of new Polaris snowmobiles at the location in Plymouth.
Unguided rentals are best for those who have experience snowmobiling
and are familiar with public trail systems. This location is on the
Vermont State trail system, connecting you to all of VT as well as the
surrounding states. Please be aware that with these rentals you become
your own guide.
Amenities & Services: You will be provided with boots and helmets at no additional cost, and if you do
not have your own warm clothing (ski clothes work perfectly), suit rentals are available for a small fee. Mini snowmobile are available for kids ages 4-11 (ask about the kids tour!).

The Mountain Top Inn and Resort
Description: The Mountain Top Inn offers 30 minute guided snowmobile tours. You must have a valid drivers license to drive & must be 12 years of age to ride.
Location: Mountain Top Inn and Resort, 195 Mountain Top Road, Chittenden, VT 05737
Cost: $60 for driver & $15 for accompanying passenger.

The VAST Trail System
Description: The Vermont Association of Snow Travelers (VAST), together with local
clubs, maintains Vermont’s trail network that now totals over 5,000 miles of riding and utilizes over 120 groomers to
assure smooth riding. The VAST network of trails passes right through Killington and can connect you with places throughout the state. VAST sets the standard for well-marked trails, readable maps, easy access
to fuel stops, food and accommodations. All snowmobiles, not legally registered in another state or province
must be registered in Vermont. If you are already registered in your
home state or province, you do not need to re-register in Vermont, but you must join a local club and purchase a VAST TMA.
